Roundtable Groups
Periodic virtual roundtable meetings provide partners, owners and executives a safe space to collaborate, share best practices and brainstorm. Roundtables are organized based upon the current state of the market and include topics like:
- What is working in lead generation.
- Hot topics related to product or third party issues.
- Developing and nurturing professional staff.
- Adjusting your practice for economic conditions.
- Incorporating and adapting to new technology such as Artificial Intelligence.
Partners set their own agenda and attend the groups which interest them.
Our community roundtables have included:
- SAP Business One’s Cloud Future featuring speakers from Attivo ERP, Cloudiax and SMB Solutions.
- AI in B1 featuring contributors from Computec, Silvertouch, Traild, ERPure.ai, I-Business Network, Clevik, and New Intelligence.

Centers of Excellence
Leading experts in the field lead symposiums, courses and discussion groups for partners and consultants. Partner created focus groups can share best practices with their leading experts to develop solutions together as dictated by the market utilizing community tools and resources in areas such as:

Active Online Community
90Minds has fostered a community of sharing and offers a robust online community for almost 20 years. The SAPB1 Community is now leveraging that history to create SAP Business One specific discussions groups, resource libraries, and much more. The community and the forums will be defined by and for the SAP Business One Partner Community!
Our current groups and forums are public. When we reach critical mass we will launch a private partner only community. One of our objectives as a community is to provide safe spaces for collaboration. Specifically, we will not have a public Urgent Support forum as all support requests should be routed directly to the customer’s partner of record. However, a partner only forum allows for partners to help other partners resolve cases quickly without fear of public “exposure” of issues or customer details.
We need you to Join or Public Community and become active to reach our critical mass. Get involved and help us achieve our three goals:
- Increase product awareness,
- Deliver access to resources, and
- Provide a safe space for collaboration.
Amplifying our Messages in the Market
Every partner wants more opportunities for their organization to succeed. Together as a community we can amplify our messages to the broader mid market space. We know that SAP Business One is the most flexible product in the market with broad and deep functionality, yet we are not always “in the deal” due to market misconceptions. “Too big” or “too complex” is too often the terms associated with our “right sized” version of SAP! Techniques suggested and promoted by our members include:
- Video blogs of members interviewing members for social media
- Product demonstration videos which can be adapted by partners for their target audience
- Crosslinks and promotion of blogs and other articles of interst
- Target SAP Business One industry specific solutions
