Solution Provider Benefits

SAP Business One has a robust and diverse eco-system of solution providers who develop software extension, provide services or offer technology solutions.   The SAPB1 Community is an independent non-profit member organization organized for the benefit of partners, solution providers and customers of SAP Business One.

Participating in the public community is free, paid membership to the private community adds safe spaces for collaboration and the opportunity to sponsor our year round activities.   The SAPB1 Community provides  year-round networking with partners, colleagues and customers.  SAPB1 membership and sponsorship can translate into making more and better connections, build partnerships and expand your business..

Affiliate Insider

The Affiliate Insider is a standard benefit of your sponsorship.   Solution Providers have the opportunity to present education, general market trends, case studies, and other information regarding their solutions to the community via webinars.  These events are scheduled, marketed and then recorded. 

Our Affiliate Insider began in March 2026 and will have 1-2 webinars per month.  Recordings are available to all community members.   The Affiliate Insider sessions and and other solution provide product information can be found in the B1 Enhancements forum.

Conference

The Power of One virtual educational conference  was held on November 13, 2025.  Open to the entire SAP Business One Community, the conference included keynotes and sessions by SAP, educational sessions led by SAP B1 consultants and sponsored sessions from solution providers.

The community also sponsors virtual roundtables: 

  • Our first SAP Business One focused virtual roundtable was held on August 27, 2025.   This roundtable will  be discussing the Future of SAP Business One Cloud and the latest advancements in the Cloud Control Center and web client extensibility.  This roundtable was limited to the partner ecosystem and included SAP Product Management personnel.
  • Our second roundtable was held on May 21, 2026 on AI in SAP B1 was open to the entire SAP Business One Community.   Three 30 minute topics covered current use, ROI, and governance and security.  Recordings are available in our B1 Community Forum.

As the community evolves we intent to bring back live in-person events with a target date of September 2026.

Regional Meetings

Our first social event was at the SAP Partner Summit for the Americas. We plan on hosting in-person meetings for networking and sharing of best practices for all constituencies.
