Membership
The B1 Community, Inc. is a non-profit, member driven organization. The mission and purposes of B1 Community, Inc. are
- To increase awareness,
- Deliver access to resources, and
- Provide a safe space for collaboration for its members.
There are four classes of members:
- Partner Member – an employee of a firm which holds a certification or authorization, in good standing, from SAP.
- Affiliate Member – an individual or an employee of a business entity which provides products and/or services for the use of our members or their customers and holds a certification or authorization, in good standing, from SAP.
- Consulting Member – an individual or employee of a firm which provides products and/or services for the use of our members or their customers but does not hold an official certification or authorization from SAP.
- Customer Member – an individual or employee of a firm which utilizes SAP Business One in its operations.
We are currently collecting future membership interest, but have not launched our membership program. In 2025 and through Q2 2026 we encourage potential members to Register to our community forums, join groups and participate in forums as we finalize our membership process.
Partners and Consultants
SAP Business One PartnerEdge Sell organizations and their employees as well as Independent Consultants who hold an SAP OpenEcosystem or other Certification are eligible for membership in the SAPB1 Community. Partners and consultants will have access to exclusive discussion groups and can serve on any committee. This group within our community is not open to employees or customers of SAP. Our community is not endorsed, affiliated, or otherwise controlled by any software publisher.
Important Information
- The community is not a replacement of any requirements or certifications provided by a publisher. You must be an employee of a partner or hold a valid and active certification from a recognized ERP or CRM publisher at all times in order to qualify for continued membership. At this time and for this category we do not admit end-users and this group within our community requires publisher affiliation. If you cease being a partner or certified consultant in good standing at any point, your membership in this group terminates automatically without any refund of fees.
- The SAPB1 Community and 90Minds are not endorsed, affiliated or otherwise controlled, influenced or recommended by any software publisher.
- The SAPB1 Community facilitates communication with other members and affiliated groups. No warranty or guarantee of results or information accuracy of any type is assured or should be assumed.
- The total remedy for any dispute or claim of liability will not exceed the fee paid to join the group.
- As a group member you agree that any assistance offered by other members is accepted on an as-is basis and this group is not guaranteeing any results.
- Individual logins are unique to each member. You may not share credentials with others in your company, customers, or any other person.
- You must agree to our confidentiality agreement and terms and conditions. What happens in our collaboration group stays in our collaboration group.
- Membership is based on one-year terms and subject to active participation each year.
- Dues are due each year at the current schedule as set forth by the group. Failure to pay dues timely will result in loss of access to the system without further warning

Build and Run Partners
Organizations that develop software solutions or manage cloud infrastructure for SAP Business One are welcome to apply for affiliation with the community. No exclusivity by solution type is available in our inclusive community.
Other Affiliates Organizations
Organizations that provide services to SAP Business One customers, partners or consultants may become affiliated with the community.
Affiliate Sponsorship
Solution providers are offered a unique type of membership in the SAPB1 Community. Networking with colleagues in the 90 Minds community can translate into making the best connections to impact growth, build partnerships and expand your business. This unique sponsorship model is designed to create a community for continuous collaboration and to benefit sponsors, consultants/resellers and customers year-round and our affiliate colleagues all have a seat at the table.

- The SAPB1 Community reserves the right to limit the number of Solution Providers at any time.
- The SAPB1 Community and 90Minds are not endorsed, affiliated or otherwise controlled, influenced or recommended by any software publisher.
- Although membership in the group does not require publisher certification, solution providers are subject to approval of the membership committee. The Community will not disclose any discussions or rationale for acceptance or rejection of any applicant. Solution Partner affiliation to the community is at the sole discretion of the members and 90Minds.

Customers
Organizations that use SAP Business One can benefit from the experience of our members, affiliates and other customers. The SAPB1 Community facilitates a safe space for collaboration, learning and sharing.
End Users
We recognize that there are end users who are looking to improve their SAP Business One skills, are considering consulting as a career and many other potential benefits from being associated with our community.
Customer & End User Participation
There is currently no “membership” for customers and end-users; however, we recognize customers as a critical constituency to our community. Accordingly, customers and end users can participate and lead in programming committees for customer facing programs and services.
