I run a manufacturing company on SAP Business One 9.2 and built automation to eliminate manual Shopify payment entry. It’s been running in production for over a year — thousands of transactions, zero manual intervention.

Three PowerShell scripts scheduled through n8n:

– Payments (6AM): Pulls Shopify orders, matches to open AR Invoices by order number, creates Incoming Payments via DI API

– Refunds (6:30AM): Pulls refunds from Shopify, creates AR Credit Memos

– Payouts (10AM): Reconciles the Shopify payout against the clearing account, posts processing fees to their own GL

Handles deduplication, partial refunds, and the full clearing account loop — the part no SaaS connector touches.

I packaged it as a one-time purchase kit: ready-to-run scripts, config template, and setup guide. Fill in your values and run — no code editing required. No middleware, no monthly fees, runs on your machine.
